SuspendaidBrushing glazes may be altered to achieve the consistency of dipping and pouring glazes with the simple addition of distilled water and AMACO SuspendAid. This specially formulated mixture is also designed to help prevent the settling of glazes, especially ones to which additional water has been added. Water is sometimes added to a glaze to obtain a more subtle shade of the color or to facilitate a different type of application besides brushing.
